Description
In the main Twilio Flow, in widget ENRet_path, the texter is asked if they are the person we have on file as associated with the texting phone number. They are given the option to text "NAME" to correct the info but this may not always be the desired behavior.
If more than one Tenant uses the same Phone, they may be changing the contact info every time the other party uses the service.
The captureData endpoint handles the data transfer on the backend. Should its behavior...
A: overwrite the contact info
B: add a new Tenant and associate it with the texting Phone Entity
