graphic issue: icon colors

There are two issues with the color choice for the icons:

1. It's a rather light color, so readability is hampered if text and heading colors are matched to it.
2. It doesn't match the colors in the AAR logo.

These could be addressed by changing the icon color to match the dark green in the AAR logo.

While we're are at it, do we have PSD or some other source form for the icons?

ARR has mentioned that they have their own logos for various pickups. I'm trying to run these down.
