tnp mentioned we should also have "non-discrimination or equal employment opportunity policy for your board/employees" and boards usually have a "give or get" policy so i still think that should go in some sort of handbook thing not the wiki but again it's not a hill I care to die on

It might be worth defining what "policies" mean here.

But for like non governing document enforced policies, I think in a handbook would be good. IMO we should have as much documentation in one place as possible, rather than splitting it between different locations. The github wiki is the most publicly visible place. But if you think it would be better to move that to Google drive, and then just put a link to the google folder from the github wiki, I can see the argument for that too. Github's built in wiki software is pretty bad, not very robust feature set.
