(research) Vercel sponsorship / analytics

Challenge: Since we're currently on Vercel's hobby/free tier, we can't have analytics on the website without paying. And Open Austin is unable to pay for a higher tier, so we need to find an alternative

This ticket work and results:

• Verify that a higher tier actually allows us to have analytics on multiple projects, or of we have to have multiple accounts. I can't tell from the pricing page. Work with Dan Minshew and Vercel customer service for this
• Understand what is involved in Vercel sponsorship. Ticket out the requirements and make sure they're reflected in project board
• Discuss with website team on when to take that on, and set to appropriate milestone
• Make sure the Indigent Stats team has this work ticketed too (work with Dan Minshew)
