Deleting label to remove addon keeps addon GetDefaultValues fuction in loop

We are trying to remove the addon by deleting the label, The cleanup job is running before actually deleting the addon
But the GetDefaultValues function is getting called in a loop continuously till the time cleanup job finishes it work.

Expection: Once the cleanup job is running on spoke cluster, the reconciliation for the addon should stop until and unless cleanup job is completed.
