why does the installed version not match the tag of the repository?

Hi,
When I change to the tag 0.2.4, I found that the version is 0.2.3:

opencompass/opencompass/__init__.py

Line 1 in b39f501

__version__ = '0.2.3'

This will cause a mismatch between the installed version and the selected one. I'm not sure if this is on purppose.
