Windows app does not start unless F5 pressed

1. Install the app on Windows
2. Start the app
3. The UI shows the animation to ultimately fail to load contents.
   3.1. on one instance, it shows "Failed to fetch" and the button "Go back to home page".
   3.2. on another, the animation is played indefinitely.
4. When I press F5 or press the above mentioned button, the contents are displayed.

Both cases most probably boil down to the fact that the backend does not start within the timeout set for the UI. Geti's UI in the similar situation displays an error and start again until it's successful.
Additionally, "Go back to home page" for a Win app is not the most fortunate name.
