[BUG-NOK]: User assigned to multiple projects from different organizations - email alert notifications erratic behaviour

Bug Description

Ensure email alerts are configured in the environment.

1. Create organizationA -> projectA1, projectA2; organizationB -> projectB1, user -> userAB
2. Assign the default 5 groups from projectA1, projectA2, projectB1 to userAB.
3. Login to userAB,
   it can be observed that only projectB1 details are visible.
4. Navigate to "Settings" -> "Email Alert Configurations"
5. Enable userAB's email id and ensure email notifications are received in the inbox.
6. Now navigate back to "Settings" -> "Email Alert Configurations"
   it can be observed that there are some inconsistencies in the saved / enabled email ids.
   it can also be noted that the as long as there are alerts in the system the email notifications are continuously sent to the userAB's inbox - there is no provision to disable / stop the email generation.
   the workaround is to clear all the alerts or delete the user - userAB.

A user should not be assigned to projects that belong to a different organization. Please refer to the note below from the Multi‑tenancy documentation.

A user should not be placed in more than one organization-specific group, or in multiple projects that belong to different organizations.
