[BUG-NOK]: web-ui: Settings - Alerts configuration - values are not refreshed automatically across user sessions - needs manual page reload.

Bug Description

1. Using Firefox browser login as user1

2. Using Chrome browser login as user1

3. In the Chrome window, navigate to "Settings" -> "Alerts" -> "Alert Configurations", modify values / thresholds of few alerts there.

4. Ensure that it is saved successfully.

5. In the Firefox window, navigate to "Settings" -> "Alerts" -> "Alert Configurations".
   it can be observed that the changes done in Chrome window are not reflected here.

6. In the Firefox window, navigate to "Deployments" section or "Infrastructure" section.

7. In the Firefox window, return back to the "Settings" -> "Alerts" -> "Alert Configurations" section.
   it can be observed that the changes done in Chrome window are still not reflected here.

8. In the Firefox window, perform a page refresh at "Settings" -> "Alerts" -> "Alert Configurations" section.
   it can be observed that the changes done in Chrome window are now available here.

issue: the alerts configuration changes done in 1 user session is reflected in another user session only after a page refresh in the later.

note: this might occur to 2 different users assigned to a same project.

Hi @ss5829 Thank you for the report and the feedback. I can reproduce the behavior: if I make changes in another browser/session, then navigate around the UI and return to the Alerts page, the page does not reflect those updates. The data only refreshes after a full browser refresh.

@soniabha-intc Could you please help assign this to the team?
