Dataset import - negative number of images

Steps to reproduce

1. Import this dataset as a new project https://intel-my.sharepoint.com/:u:/p/leonardo_lai/IQDOE2woBG47SrAFsHIBjdanAVBCQ3p4PN8WfKHeQbTAkUY?e=7SnCv8
2. Choose instance segmentation

Issue

The 'Labels' tab says that the dataset contains 3 images, of which -9 unannotated and 12 annotated 😕 The server response is reported below, and it seems correct: this dataset has 3 images and 12 polygons. It seems that the UI is misinterpreting the num_items and num_annotations fields.

The issue is caused by the endpoint returning the number of annotations, not the number of annotated images/frames. For now, the UI uses num_annotations to display the graph, but this will be updated once #5595 (comment)
is resolved.
