Remove non-redistributable files from CUDA image #5786
Description
The geti-cuda target of the Geti docker image installs the necessary Nvidia drivers through nvidia-open; however, this package includes several files which are not redistributable according to Nvidia license agreements.
Update the Dockerfile to explicitly remove these files from the image at build time, as it is already done in Instant Learn: https://github.com/open-edge-platform/geti-instant-learn/blob/main/application/docker/Dockerfile#L161
