Part of #1155. Approved scope replaces the historical Beta.2 orchestration body; historical execution evidence remains in issue history/comments and release records. Current plan: #1341 and ADR-0152.
Remaining Beta.2.x checkpoints
Cleanup is mandatory in every replacement, not a late-only phase. Reuse working compiled Element/UI/app/Vite capabilities. Three working days from implementation start target a real application slice, not universal maturity or automatic publication. Product names do not force package renames; UI expansion and speculative optimization are deferred.
Completion and release
All Beta-owned slices need code/test/cleanup evidence. Incomplete children keep this umbrella open. Public beta.2.N checkpoints retain exact-SHA and release GO requirements. The next stage is public 1.0.0-alpha.1 (npm alpha); latest stays on stable until a separately admitted Stable release. Old Beta.3 qualification work moves to 1.0 Alpha and remains open. RC/Stable are unscheduled and evidence-gated.
Preserved boundaries
No examples/** audit or repairs in this sprint (#1311 remains deferred). Node/Deno/Cloudflare required contract, Bun/Nitro smoke and Chromium/Firefox/WebKit coverage stay explicit. Existing release protection/provenance rules remain until an accepted implementation changes them; this issue does not tag or publish anything.
Two-core-product refinement (2026-09-07)
Element and Router are the two core products. UI/website/representative consumers provide dogfood/reference evidence only. Defects exposing core failures remain blockers; component expansion/design-system completeness are not independent gates. Standalone Element build/pack/plain-HTML consumption is part of #1338/#1339/#1340.
