Automatically launching the PyPSA-Explorer once we have the results available.

Note that PyPSA visualization tool development is advancing quickly. As well as the PyPSA-Explorer, @lkstrp is developing the pypsa-app which uses a more scalable architecture than the explorer and maybe more appropriate for centrally hosted approach. Instead of integrating the PyPSA-Explorer into the workflow (still under active development), it may be better to provide network files which can be used by either the explorer or app.
