Request: Release statsig 0.0.4

Hi!

We currently cannot update github.com/statsig-io/go-sdk in our service as github.com/open-feature/go-sdk-contrib/statsig 0.0.3 is on a version before a breaking change.

This PR for the 0.0.4 version will fix this, but just needs an approval from someone.
