Upload: Provide a way to set max length of "name"

Currently there are no restriction on filenames, although it is possible to change the filename, and title of a upload.
But in a scenario where filenames should be retained - the user can exceed certain restrictions for registrations.

for example in the ZGW documenten:

titel
required
string (titel) [ 1 .. 200 ] characters
De naam waaronder het INFORMATIEOBJECT formeel bekend is.

We would like to have validation for the length of "name" and do not allow uploads if it exceeds 200 if we are dealing with ZGW registration.

Aren't you confusing file names with document titles?

IMO each relevant registration plugin should truncate data where limits apply, as these will likely be different for different backends.

End users should not be bothered with these system limits, that would be very poor UX
