@ooichman probably not on the infra cluster, since we don't intend to run user workloads there. Putting this on the zero cluster would make sense. Submitting the necessary changes as a pull request against the apps repository would be a good chance to work with the gitops workflow we're using.

There are no customers on infra clusters. Any workload like this should be provided on the managed clusters - like zero.
