Problem

Currently, users cannot express quick responses to posts in community voices or team/enterprise news.

Solution

Add emoji reactions to community voices and team/enterprise news posts, similar to how WhatsApp handles reactions:

• Long press or tap a reaction button on a post to bring up an emoji picker
• Users can select an emoji to react to a post
• Reaction counts are displayed below the post
• Users can remove their reaction by tapping it again
• Each user can only react once per post
