2 different cases:

Started out with 3 pending surveys

• In one case, after taking the survey the survey appeared as pending in the home page dialog. The survey duplicated in the mySurveys page(triggered by either clicking the survey and back or the ok button in the dialog). After taking the duplicate survey, the survey no longer appeared in the home page reminder dialog
• In another case despite completing the survey, it still appears as pending in the dialog (This was the last survey that was left pending)

Case 1:
Started off with 2 solar solutions surveys, eventually the 3rd one appeared

Case 2:
Despite taking both Test survey - 1 one seems to be persisting as pending

Update on Case 2:
The Test survey - 1` survey keeps on duplicating. Seems to be possibly triggered by clicking on the survey in the dialog/mySurveys page and then pressing back or just clicking ok on the dialog
