community: add "Date Modified" column with sort to Finances table

Tab: Community -> Finances

Current Behavior

The Finances table has no "Date Modified" column and no way to sort transactions by date. Users cannot view transactions in chronological (oldest first) or reverse-chronological (newest first) order.

Expected Behavior

1. A new "Date Modified" column should be added to the transactions table.
2. The column header should be clickable to sort the transactions.
   • First click: Newest to Oldest (↓)
   • Second click: Oldest to Newest (↑)

Benefit

• Allows users to easily find recent transactions.
• Helps in reviewing financial history in a logical sequence.
• Matches standard user expectations for data tables.
