[hybrid-ingestion-runner] Allow EKS Pod Identity based authentication

## Hybrid Ingestion Runner

We currently require to use an OIDC provider in our EKS cluster.
Additionally, we leverage OIDC with IRSA, allowing pods to assume IAM roles via service accounts.

This feature request is to also support EKS Pod Identity based authentication and let our users choose.
