Features request : jump to unannotated image; allow images with no annotation in multi-step annotation

1. Is it possible to jump to unannotated image (especially in multi-step annotation, when I cannot go to next step) ?
2. Is it possible to allow images with no annotation, and directly jump into next step? For example, in object detection, sometimes we can put some images with no objects in the dataset, to imporve the model.
