[Feature] Plans for supporting TensorRT 10.7 and pytorch 2.5.1

Motivation

This repository hasn't had an upgrade or wheel release for over a year. A lot of cool new features have been added in pytorch 2.5.1 (specifically torch.compile advances) and TensorRT 10.7. It will be beneficial for the mm community to have a new release.
Currently, this prevents me from deploying any mm model to production. Any timeline or rough plans for a new release would be useful to estimate if we should use mm ecosystem for production systems.
