I trained and tested the DOTA dataset using RTMDet method, but I found that there was no --format-only command in the version of MMRotate1.0.0rc1, how do I get the DOTA-format result in MMRotate1.0.0rc1?

1, At the last of configs/_base_/datasets/dota.py, uncomment test_dataloader and test_evaluator.
