Feature Request: Add dark mode / light mode toggle

Introduce a toggle switch to allow users to choose between dark mode and light mode. This would enhance the user experience, especially for developers and night-time users.

Justification:

• Improves accessibility and comfort.
• Matches modern design standards.
• Reduces eye strain in low-light conditions.

Suggested Implementation:

• Add a toggle in the navbar or footer.
• Store user preference in localStorage.
