[FR] 'Last Year' For Dash Widgets

For Dash Widget settings, under Timeframe, it'd be great if there were also an option for 'Last Year'. I found me wanting this especially near the beginning of this year when comparing resolutions and such with the previous year.

Would you accept a PR with this functionality if I created one?
