Remove Speakeasy generated code #743
Description
Currently the TypeScript, Java, and C# SDKs all depend on code generated by Speakeasy. Now that the repos are no longer owned by Styra, the Speakeasy-generated code will receive no further updates.
We need to progressively refactor out and replace all of the Speakeasy code, so that we can keep up with updates to OPA APIs.
