Use Cases section ordering in Docs navigation is confusing

The ordering of the use cases section is a bit odd. I would expect us to either sort them alphabetically or order them by popularity so that people can find the thing they are interested in as easily as possible.

Yeah I think the intention here is to have the more popular sections at the top, the list has just gotten outdated.
