Feature: Add info to UI about how to sync team in lists #2156

Current behavior
Currently, there's no information on how to sync your team to a list if it doesn't automatically appear in the form. I'm not sure the best implementation, but this will be a blocker for users. It's worth noting that this is a little complex. Here are two scenarios that can happen:
- The organization doesn't show up bc the person isn't public on the organization
- The organization shows up, but the user cannot select a team bc of an org-level permissions issue.
We have it covered in the FAQs of our docs right now and link to GH resources.
