The purpose and use-cases of the new component

Nodinite is a tool that is widely used by companies in Sweden to monitor and maintain system integrations. The exporter is used to send both logs and traces to Nodinite. The development of this has already started, since I have already a company that is using OTEL and Nodinite - https://github.com/syron/nodiniteexporter

I have edited your config fragment to rename nodiniteexporter to nodinite to be in line with other exporters.

In your code, I recommend you adopt confighttp.ClientConfig similar to how this is used here to generate your HTTP client: https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib/blob/main/exporter/dorisexporter/config.go

From a quick google search, nodeinite is not OSS. Is there a vendor representative who would be helping maintain the code? Would it be you?

Exactly, Nodinite is not OSS. However, I can be the maintainer of the code and I can have a chat with Nodinite. I am a former employee and owner.

I will read that and see what I can do. I have already an issue assigned and PR ready to be approved (unless something doesn't work) for the iis receiver.
