Add x86/i386 release artifacts for the `oampsupervisor`

I would like to add x86/i386 release artifacts for the build for the opampsupervisor. I'm not sure about why it doesn't include this architecture and I couldn't find any information regarding this decision, so if it's intended I would like to understand the reason behind it.

Currently it only includes 64 bits based architectures (arm64, amd64, and ppc64le).

This is a configuration choice, not a documented technical limitation or policy—other OpenTelemetry components do support i386, and maintainers have previously indicated that 32-bit support is possible if builds and tests are reliable and maintained. To add x86/i386 support, you would need to update the GoReleaser config (cmd/opampsupervisor/.goreleaser.yaml) and CI workflows to include the 386 architecture, then verify that builds and tests pass for that target. If everything works, a contribution to add this support would likely be considered, as long as it doesn't introduce maintenance overhead or break builds for other platforms.
