how to get client address otelcol

Hello, I want to get the client IP Address (the IP which sent the gRPC/HTTP Data) as an Attribute. I followed this example from dash0 (https://www.dash0.com/guides/opentelemetry-attributes-processor#fromcontext); however, inserting client.address doesnt do anything.
I have a OTLP-Receiver set to gRPC and HTTP, both with the "include_metadata" set to true.
How can I extract the sending IP Address? (Please note, that I dont want to enrich it client-side)
