Rename components to match naming convention

With the convention for component names established to lower_snake_case in #14208 and a practical method to migrate existing components implemented in #14349, let's establish the list of components that need their names changed.

For the Collector Core repository, I propose the following changes:

• otlp exporter: Rename to otlp_grpc with deprecated alias otlp
  • Implemented in [exporter/otlp] rename to otlp_grpc with deprecated alias otlp #14403
• otlphttp exporter: Rename to otlp_http with deprecated alias otlphttp
  • Implemented in [exporter/otlphttp] rename to otlp_http with deprecated alias otlphttp #14397

The other components in this repository do not seem to need a rename or an alias:

• forward connector
• debug exporter
• nop exporter
• memory_limiter extension
• zpages extension
• batch processor
• memory_limiter processor
• nop receiver
• otlp receiver (single component supports both gRPC and HTTP)
