The prerelease version of OpenTelemetry.SemanticConventions is not found on NuGet. The documentation states that it is available on NuGet and can be installed.

Steps to Reproduce

execute: dotnet add package OpenTelemetry.SemanticConventions --prerelease

Expected Result

Installed correctly.

Actual Result

Not found!
