[Config builder] Add all button for instrumentations

As someone using the declarative configuration builder, I would like a button on the instrumentation tab for "add all" which adds all configuration options and default values to the YAML output for the instrumentation modules

just had a thought that I should have included in the issue originally.. it needs to work in a way where if someone has manually added instrumentation configs already, and customized them, the "add all" should not overwrite their previous changes. So basically, we can't just do a wholesale load, we'll need to merge them in a way that retains existing nodes with changes

I have some clarified questions before the implementation. So,

1. The scope includes the shared general.* / java.common.* options which also appear in the General Settings card, or only module-owned configs?
2. Confirmation: gate behind a confirm with count like Reset git can add hundreds of YAML lines, or apply immediately like the existing button?
3. Filter awareness which adds all modules, or only the currently searched/filtered ones?
4. Experimental configs like (…/development) we should include or skip?

1. it would be great to include the common/general configs if possible. If you run into problems let me know and we can re-consider
