Of the processes on my machine, I can't tell which have already been instrumented by the injector and which would will be instrumented pending restart.

Describe the solution you'd like

The injector and underlying instrumentation technologies normally (always?) require installation at app start.

It would be very useful / powerful if the injector came with some sort of CLI which allowed me to view all processes and the machine, along with:

• whether they are candidates for injector instrumentation
• whether they are currently running with instrumentation installed by the injector (i.e. based on their language and whether config evaluates that they have opted out Support opt-in and opt-out options #84)
• what their resolved configuration is for the injector (instrumentation version and env vars Support multiple agent versions #83)

I was thinking as well that it might be useful if we were able to log in one place all the injections that the injector has performed. We currently have the debug log, but it's activated with an environment variable an the output ends up on the application stdout, which may not be available. It would be nice if we can have a global log file, especially when the injector is installed in /etc/ld.so.preload.
