Description

LoggerOptions#scopeAttributes are currently accepted as Attributes. Since changing that type later is breaking for implementers, we should consider if this should be LogAttributes instead. (see also #6349 for LogAttributes naming discussion)

This issue is considered done when:

• decision was made on what type to use for LoggerOptions#scopeAttributes
• follow-up issue was created to apply these changes OR a PR was merged applying these changes
