Add more documentation regarding making custom components

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, there is no documentation on how to create a custom processor or exporter. The only way to understand how to do so is by looking a other components' source code.

More documentation on custom processors and exporters, most likely in the form of a tutorial like for receivers
