[Internal Telemetry] Documentation Improvement for metrics::readers::periodic::exporter

Describe the bug

I would like to know all the configurable options for exporting internal metrics via a periodic exporter. The current form of documentation is here: https://opentelemetry.io/docs/collector/internal-telemetry/#configure-internal-metrics but it leaves out important pieces of information like timeout/interval configuration.

What did you expect to see?

I expect to see a documentation on all the possible YAML keys (as well as their units like ms/seconds) for configuring otlp internal telemetry metric exporters.
