Stabilize the `process` namespace

The System Semantic Conventions Working Group works towards stabilising the process namespace. The remaining work is reflected within the respective board view: System Semantic Convention Working Group (view)

This issue will serve as a place to gather any final working items and a place to discuss any final issues you may have before stabilization occurs.

At present the System Semconv stability WG (discussed at 29-01-2026 meeting.) is happy to go from development to release_candidate, with the exception that two outstanding issues listed above are completed:
