Feat: improvements to task and profiles

The following has been suggested by Gaby in Discord (https://discord.com/channels/1319220922342703164/1441845582980321402/1446120174389563403):

I’ve identified a few improvements that I’d like to suggest to make the service clearer:

• Show a small icon (similar to the one displayed when a task fails) to indicate that a task is currently running
• Allow killing a task that’s in progress
• Add an optional timeout in case a task never finishes
• Allow manually forcing a task to run on a device or a group of devices (tags / site / all)
• Possibly allow configuring a task that runs automatically when a device is added to OpenUEM
