Feat: improvements to the user/pass authentication

Here we've some improvements that we can apply:

• Send an email when the user enables or disables the 2FA
• Send an email when the user changes the password
• When the user enters the password to confirm the change, if carriage return is pressed apply changes
• If user enters TOTP code, submit the form when the last element is entered
