StencilJS required indicator for properties not reflected

In StencilJS, properties can be marked as required by adding a exclamation mark. This is not reflected in the custom elements manifest.

Expected behavior
The required mark for properties should be reflected in the JSON output, so it can be picked up by @wc-toolkit/storybook-helpers .
