Please can we have the addition of Github Marketplace Models to the Providers Pipeline list, for easy usage. It is too complex to use it with litellm and It would be nice if it had a pipeline in OpenWebui. @tjbck

• PR Add github providers manifold pipeline  #335 addresses this, I hope it gets merged soon.
