"plot_spectrum" doesn't work with new pandas version

Hello! First of all, thank you for this great tool and all the other open2c software!

When running "plot_spectrum" rule with pandas v.2.0.1 installed, I get the following error:

The issue can be solved by downgrading pandas to v.1.5.3
