Run all UI tests via Github Actions

UI tests are currently not run on commit or PRs.

Describe the solution you'd like
Run the UI tests via Github Actions once per week independently of the made commits.

GitHub actions config

Additional context

• There is currently a separate scheme for the UI tests
• Running the UI tests for one brand is sufficient for now
• During the weekend might be a good time to run the UI tests.
