Rename Iteration

@DavidSagan proposes to rename iteration with an other more generic name, e.g. snapshot.

snapshot is essentially the same as an iteration. I am proposing the name change since instead of a series of time steps one could store a series of bunches in a beam so the word "iteration" is misleading.

Possible collection of similar names that can replace iteration:

• snapshot
• step
• (data) dump
• output (number)
• series (number)
• series and episodes ;)
• series and step (too specific?)
• series and event (too specific?)
• experiments: scan & shot
• set?
• sequence?
• ...

And we already thought "iteration" is already superior to the often used "time step" nomenclature ;)

Just a side note: an iteration is not necessarily a step in time or related to time and can be e.g. in a boosted frame with various times :) (at least that's how we though of it to explicitly avoid the naming "time step")

I can implements this together with #166
