ED-PIC fieldBoundary: add PEC/PMC

In the ED-PIC fieldBoundary attribute we should try to differentiate better between PML (perfectly matched layers), perfect electric conductors (PEC) and perfect magnetic conductors (PMC).

We could be more precise for PML parameters and its implementation variants.
