Getting no response from the OpenSUSE Repository Mirror mirror.firstyear.id.au
Unable to update Leap 15.6 or install new packages

It responds to me, maybe it was a temporary glitch.
Are you in Australia? Why do you prefer that mirror over cdn.opensuse.org ?

What is output of command:

curl -I https://mirror.firstyear.id.au/update/leap/15.6/sle/repodata/repomd.xml

If command above succeeds - could you retry and then provide the config you use and what are error messages shown by zypper and are in /var/log/zypper.log

Looks like it was a temporary glitch and resolved now. I'm in New Zealand and use the mirror that the OpenSuSE repository defaults to (from YaST2).
Possible the mirror site being updated when I was trying to update.
