Licensing of the overall page is a little complicated  #19

Description

A while ago, Richard B suggested on a ML that the GPL may not be the ideal license for this content.
Which is true. And also a misunderstanding, because we use multiple licenses on this page:

  • homepage/archive page - GPL 3.0, inherited from https://github.com/openSUSE/jekyll-theme
  • /documentation/leap/* - GFDL 1.2. inherited from https://github.com/SUSE/doc-sle
  • projects/libyui/HEAD/* - old libyui stuff - not actually listed directly, but it's Docxygen-generated, so probably the same as the libyui repo.
  • /projects/libzypp/HEAD/ - old libzypp stuff - also generated by Docxygen, and marked GPL 2.
  • there may be some more old stuff still hosted here that is not actually linked from anywhere which should just be removed ultimately.

I am wondering if we can:

  1. simplify that a bit

  2. use more appropriate licenses
