Fetching prisma engine breaks rpm build in OBS

I figured out we can skip fetching of additional checksum files with the variable, however, I can't avoid fetching the engine itself.

right now the solution is to bundle the prisma binary which is otherwise fetched by npx prisma generate which we run in %build
